Each player may hold only one cuci99 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent account suspension without notice.

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the cuci99 Platform, registering an Account, or using any service offered by cuci99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the cuci99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the cuci99 Platform and refrain from registering an Account.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and cuci99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
2.4 cuci99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Members are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the cuci99 Platform is strictly limited to persons who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. cuci99 reserves the right to require age verification at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account held by a person who does not satisfy this requirement.
3.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one cuci99 Account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. cuci99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent times. Any material misrepresentation in your account details, including your name, date of birth, or contact information, may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cuci99 login credentials. You must not share your mobile number, password, or OTP with any third party. cuci99 accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such loss results from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.
3.5 Malaysian Players. The cuci99 Platform is designed and marketed primarily for players in Malaysia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally as an individual user.
4.1 cuci99 is required under its licensing obligations to conduct identity verification on all members prior to processing any withdrawal. This process, known as KYC, requires you to submit clear photographic copies of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad — front and back) and a recent selfie photograph.
4.2 cuci99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation including, without limitation, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds documentation, at its discretion and in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
4.3 Until KYC verification is completed to the satisfaction of cuci99, no withdrawal may be processed from your Account. cuci99 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.
4.4 All KYC documents submitted to cuci99 are processed and stored in accordance with the cuci99 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and anti-fraud purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
5.1 Deposits. All deposits to cuci99 Accounts must be made through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected Malaysian bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. cuci99 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Currency. All cuci99 Account balances are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cuci99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of members.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by cuci99 to verified MYR payment methods associated with the member's Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallet methods and RM100 for bank transfer methods, unless otherwise stated. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification.
5.4 Processing Times. cuci99 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times stated are estimates for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. cuci99 accepts no liability for delays arising from third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or force majeure events.
5.5 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your cuci99 Account represent legitimately obtained personal funds. cuci99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward the use of the Platform for money laundering or the processing of illicit funds, and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required.
6.1 cuci99 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentive schemes to its members from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a member's Account may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement — being a multiple of the bonus amount or the sum of deposit and bonus — has been satisfied in full. Real-money funds may be withdrawn independently of any outstanding bonus wagering obligation, subject to the applicable minimum withdrawal amount.
6.3 cuci99 reserves the right to decline, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic wagering on excluded games to satisfy rollover requirements; coordinated account activity across multiple registered accounts; or patterns of play inconsistent with recreational gaming and indicative of professional bonus exploitation.
6.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered member and may not be transferred between accounts. No bonus entitlement arises until it has been formally credited to a member's Account by cuci99.
7.1 All games available on the cuci99 Platform are sourced from licensed third-party software providers. The rules governing each game are determined by the relevant provider and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between on-screen instructions and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules published by the provider shall apply.
7.2 cuci99 games incorporate certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology which is independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. cuci99 makes no guarantee of any particular outcome or return in any game session.
7.3 Malfunction Voids Play. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or network failure that affects the integrity of a game round or transaction, cuci99 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant wager amount. No further liability is accepted by cuci99 in such circumstances.
7.4 All sportsbook odds published on the cuci99 Platform are indicative and may change prior to the settlement of a bet. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. cuci99 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether arising from human error or system fault.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cuci99 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

9.1 All content on the cuci99 Platform — including but not limited to the cuci99 brand name, logo, trade dress, game graphics, software interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of cuci99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of cuci99 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
10.1 cuci99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, prohibited conduct, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where required by applicable regulatory authority.
10.2 Where an Account is closed due to verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, cuci99 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance without obligation to refund. Where an Account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to member misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the member via a verified payment method subject to completed KYC.
10.3 Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cuci99 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuci99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of reputation, or any other financial loss.
11.2 cuci99's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the member's Account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
11.3 cuci99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may affect Platform availability.

12.2 Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period. cuci99 will not accept any application to reverse a self-exclusion during the active exclusion window, regardless of the circumstances presented by the member.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the cuci99 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the terms of cuci99's operating licence and applicable international gaming regulatory standards.
14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or account matter, the decision of cuci99 — acting reasonably and in good faith — shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in cuci99's dispute policy, available from customer support on request.
14.3 Any formal complaint regarding cuci99's services must be submitted in writing to the cuci99 support team in the first instance. cuci99 will acknowledge receipt of written complaints within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty-one (21) business days of receipt.
15.1 cuci99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, cuci99 will provide reasonable notice to affected members via the Platform or by direct communication to the registered mobile number on file.
15.2 Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the cuci99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
15.3 If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the cuci99 Platform and request closure of your Account. Outstanding real-money balances will be returned to you via a verified payment method following completed KYC.
